چکیده

Abstract Flexible temperature sensors have been extensively investigated due to their prospect of wide application in various flexible electronic products. However, most the current only work well a narrow range, with at high or low temperatures still being big challenge. This proposes thermocouple sensor based on aerogel blanket substrate, temperature-sensitive layer which uses screen-printing technology prepare indium oxide and tin oxide. It has good sensitivity, test sensitivity reaching 226.7 μ V °C −1 . Most importantly, it can from extremely down liquid nitrogen up 1200 °C, is difficult be achieved by other existing sensors. huge potential biomedicine, aerospace fields.
